Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) and Google Workspace environments.
  • Manage end-to-end email systems, including configuration, migration, and security settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Troubleshoot issues related to:
  • Email flow
  • Domains and DNS
  • Outlook and other email clients
  • Perform basic Windows Server administration and support cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Deploy and maintain email and endpoint security solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and health, analyze issues, and implement solutions to improve system stability and security.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams while maintaining proper documentation of all activities.
