Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) and Google Workspace environments.
- Manage end-to-end email systems, including configuration, migration, and security settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Email flow
- Domains and DNS
- Outlook and other email clients
- Perform basic Windows Server administration and support cloud-based infrastructure.
- Deploy and maintain email and endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor system performance and health, analyze issues, and implement solutions to improve system stability and security.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams while maintaining proper documentation of all activities.
