Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (After-Sales) with strong experience in cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in infrastructure, Kubernetes (K8s), OpenShift (OCP), networking, storage, monitoring, logging, and automation.

This role is responsible for providing technical support, implementation guidance, customer training, and post‑sales solutions while acting as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
