About the Role

As Technical Support at Kyndryl, you will be part of an elite team providing exceptional technical assistance to help clients achieve business outcomes. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and system issues, respond to escalated incidents, report critical design flaws, and support installation, movement, addition, and change (IMAC) activities as well as data backup and restore for certain accounts. Your work will ensure issues are resolved within Service Level Agreement objectives, and you will develop a deep understanding of local and regional infrastructure to coordinate with teams on problem escalation.
