Technical Support & Bid Engineer (Fire & Life Safety)

Key Responsibilities

• Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial bids quotations ensuring alignment with client requirements and company profit margins.
• Engineering Calculations: Perform accurate load, battery backup, cable sizing, and hydraulic calculations for fire protection systems as applicable.
• Technical Compliance: Interpret complex tender documents, drawings and specifications to ensure proposals meet DCD Dubai Civil Defence and NFPA standards.
• Estimation BoQ: Review Bills of Quantities and project scope, identify cost-effective materials and labor requirements for accurate project costing.
• Technical Support: Serve as the technical point of contact for clients during the pre‑sales phase, explaining system solutions, answering technical queries and attending pre‑bid meetings.
