BDO is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our Montreal office IT team.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support services to internal customers within the Quebec region and across Canada via in‑person, service desk queue, and remote desktop.
- Set up desktops and laptops with the firm‑provided image, configure user profiles, install software, peripherals, and other required applications.
- Deliver support for hardware (laptops, printers, scanners) and software (Microsoft Office 365, internal applications, and other business tools).
- Maintain the supported computer inventory in the Asset Management Database.
- Use effective communication and listening skills to troubleshoot technology issues with customers and colleagues.
- Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment.
- Participate in IT projects when needed.
- Provide support for iPhone and Android devices.
