As a Technical Support Analyst Grad within our Analysis and Support team, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability and performance of CSG’s products and applications. Working closely with engineering and customer facing teams, you will develop hands-on experience in application troubleshooting, system monitoring and customer support.
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst Grad who will:
Be involved in analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging CSG products and performing basic fixes and support resolution activities.
Assist with deployments and building activities using Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Play an active role in identifying system issues and perform root cause analysis.
Perform basic code fix...
