Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 gross
Work Set Up: Hybrid (1-2x a month onsite)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-focused support environment
- Strong track record of driving improvements in customer experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, prioritize tasks, and familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, XML, Medallia, and Salesforce Service Cloud is an advantage
