Overview

Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
- Resolve tickets, troubleshoot technical and process issues, and maintain productivity.
- Test computer components for functionality and compatibility.
- Design and implement networks.
- Consult users to determine hardware and software needs; assist with orders.
- Train users through videos, manuals, and digital instruction.
