Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: French Native + Spanish or English Advanced
- Training or experience in IT technologies/products, especially in Cloud technologies or products related to Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, Sharepoint, Sharepoint, Lync Server, Microsoft Windows (valuable)
- Ability to handle diverse customer situations, with empathy and professionalism.
