Job Description/Duties:
To manage a team of 11 to 12 people. Will act as a mentor.
1. Project Management Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical panel building and wiring projects. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with other departments (design, procurement, quality assurance, sales) to align project objectives. 2. Team Supervision Manage and supervise a team of technicians and electricians working on panel building and wiring. Assign tasks based on individual skills and project requirements. Provide guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. 3. Quality Control Ensure that all panels are built and wired according to technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards. Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of work.
