- A Technical Supervisor reports to the National Sales Manager and to the Chief Operations Officer.

- As a Technical Supervisor, he/she must know how to conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the machines.
- He/She is responsible for alignment, calibration, quality control, checking and testing of machines prior to delivery.
