Technical Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and communicate and fleet reporting system where required the assigned vessels daily vessel performance in safety, technical and operations.
• Monitor in coordination with the Master and Chief Engineer Officers that the vessel conforms to port state and flag state requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the assigned vessel conform to Class survey status including CMS, Condition of Class. To plan and arrange for Surveyors attendance of same.
• Monitor assigned vessels' maintenance and work schedule in accordance with Company's, Makers', and Class's recommendations.
• Monitor the assigned ship's maintenance system (ADMAX) and ensure vessels are maintained according to this. Evaluate maintenance frequency to ensure the cost-effective and optimal maintenance to ensure minimum downtime.
