We’re looking for a Technical Success Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations. This role focuses on improving how features move from idea to release — including strengthening our automated QA processes and exploring AI-driven testing. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to write clear Jira tickets, improve workflows, and ensure features ship reliably.

What You’ll Do
