The Technical Staff is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Customer Process Excellence Assurance processes to achieve goals and action plans in the following areas:
- Development, integration and implementation of QA plans, programs and innovations to assure quality and effectiveness of all customer service processes
- Provision of support to the Company’s compliance to regulatory requirement and advocacies on regulatory policy formulation
- Provision of support for new programs, innovations and digital transformation
- Conduct of special studies, projects and/or investigations on customer service process-related transactions
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology or other related fields
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Excellent business communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
