The Technical Staff is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Customer Process Excellence Assurance processes to achieve goals and action plans in the following areas:

  • Development, integration and implementation of QA plans, programs and innovations to assure quality and effectiveness of all customer service processes
  • Provision of support to the Company’s compliance to regulatory requirement and advocacies on regulatory policy formulation
  • Provision of support for new programs, innovations and digital transformation
  • Conduct of special studies, projects and/or investigations on customer service process-related transactions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology or other related fields
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
