Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Specialist to join the End User Platforms Citrix workgroup in Kelowna, BC. The role focuses on maintaining, managing, and supporting Citrix‑related services including virtual applications, multi‑session and single‑session virtual desktops. You will troubleshoot complex VDI issues, collaborate with infrastructure and security teams, and help evolve the environment as cloud adoption continues.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Citrix‑related inquiries and issues.
- Support and manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including Citrix Studio, Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, VDA, Workspace Environment Management, Citrix Workspace, and Nutanix.
- Collaborate with application and platform teams to coordinate the management and support of JumpHost and virtual application servers.
