The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, primarily in US Payroll, with strong capabilities in configuration and processing. You will be responsible for supporting payroll runs, managing taxation, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver superior payroll solutions that comply with all requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support configuration of payroll definitions and relationships
• Execute end-to-end payroll processing including QuickPay
• Design payroll elements and taxation compliance
• Manage payroll deductions and garnish processing
• Conduct UAT and provide production support
