As a result of our recent funding and growth, we are scaling rapidly - and with that comes a need to strengthen the bridge between our commercial and technical teams.
This is not a target-carrying sales role. It is a technical leadership role with a commercial dimension. You will own the technical relationship with our customers from first conversation through to post-installation, acting as the primary expert our customers and partners trust to ask the hard questions, design the right solutions, and make sure every project goes live smoothly. By doing so, you will enable our commercial team to grow accounts while giving customers expert‑level guidance to get full value from EQON.

Pre‑sales technical engagement: Lead technical conversations in customer and partner meetings, asking the right questions to understand site conditions, existing systems, and requirements so that EQON can present the best possible solution.
