Technical Solutions Architect

Ubiquity’s Technical Solutions Architect would be responsible for managing activities that take place during solution ideation, design, and implementation. This person will directly assist in the development of a solutions architecture program including departmental roadmaps and project portfolios for IT systems architecture related to any major internal projects with the goal of expanding and improving all current systems and workflows as well as those related to the implementation and integration of Ubiquity’s clients’ programs.

Given that this person will support the architectural aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios, knowledge of all branches of IT in a BPO environment is a must – Telephony, VoIP, Network and Systems Engineering. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary as this would be a client-facing role meant to effectively identify technical requirements on any implementation projects, both internal and external.
