- Provide support and coordinate customer workshops, technical deep-dives, and solution review sessions.
- Maintain, track and update RFP-related technical documentation and deliverables, including submission requirements, response timelines, design narratives, compliance matrices, and risk registers.
- Ensure strict version control and controlled distribution of bid documentation.
- Support the management of deviations, assumptions, exclusions, and clarifications within RFP responses.
