Job Summary

The Technical Services Head will lead the end-to-end technology transfer from Product Development to Mass Production, ensuring newly developed products successfully scale from small-batch formulations to full commercial manufacturing. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving yields, calibrating materials and equipment, and establishing robust, standardized operating procedures (SOPs). The role also drives manufacturing efficiency, cost optimization, and process validation, serving as a critical bridge between R&D, engineering, and plant operations to ensure product consistency, quality, and scalability across production lines.
