Technical Services Engineer – Role Overview
The Technical Services Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise and executing tasks across the pre‑sales, implementation, and operations & management stages, with primary focus on O&M.
Responsibilities
- O&M Operations Monitoring
- Generate performance reports for solar systems under contract
- Conduct regular reviews of solar system performance
- Monitor monthly output (solar and other applicable teams)
- Propose solutions for low‑generation systems and detect anomalies
- Regularly report to relevant groups
- Maintenance Management
- Plan and budget preventive maintenance
- Monitor product warranty claims
- Coordinate and engage contractors as needed
- Manage timely corrective maintenance actions
