Technical Services Analyst

We are looking for Technical Services Analysts for Epic's software in connection with the implementation and maintenance of Epic's integrated suite of healthcare software for its customer in Singapore. Duties include providing assistance to customers related to the operation of their Epic software applications and underlying IT infrastructure. This assistance may occur during software implementation or on an ongoing basis for live customers.

• Answer technical questions related to customers' software and/or operating systems.
• Provide configuration or infrastructure analysis and recommendations.
• Proactively monitor customer systems and make optimization recommendations.
• Plan for upgrades and feature deployments.
• Oversee testing activities.
• Diagnose, isolate, and resolve the causes of technical problems.
