The Technical Service Trainee - Textile is responsible for visiting and providing technical support to industrial/textile customers and he will also be responsible for market intelligence and compiling data for Business Development team.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct on site visits and provide technical support to customers and maintain detailed record of customer interaction, trials, and issue.
- Report technical findings, opportunities, and challenges to management.
- Prepare technical reports and share results with internal team.
- Provide technical feedback from field for formulation improvement.
- Share market and customer insight to support product and business strategy.
- Segment support through analysis of Competitor samples, complaint samples, special samples etc.
- Candidate is developing new products along with other team members Segment, R & T and other cross functions.
