Sika Hellas is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join the Technical Department at its facilities in Kryoneri, Attica. The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical support to customers, applicators, partners, and internal teams, with focus on telephone technical service and product application guidance.
Role Description :
- Provide technical support through the company’s technical hotline call center.
- Support customers, applicators, Sales teams, and partners in the correct selection and application of Sika products and systems.
- Handle technical inquiries related to product use, application methods, compatibility, and performance.
- Record technical cases, inquiries, and follow-up actions accurately in Salesforce or other company systems.
- Prepare and/ or review technical specifications, system proposals, and design recommendations.
