Position Summary:
The Technical Service Representative provides internal and external customers technical service assistance regarding the proper use and performance of Bunge Oils' product portfolio including oils, shortenings, lecithins, emulsifiers and others.
Core Functions:
- Execute and manage BOM master data including different tools, ex SAP, Sales Force, SRM, Customer platform or any other platform or technological resource need it.
- Elaborate functional trials with customers, suppliers, tolling partners, to validate and ensure the performance of our products, facilities, equipment's, food safety & Quality assurance.
- Technical support to intern and extern customers with value proposal for their process's trough line products or developments.
