Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and advice on product application in accordance with product characteristic and application standard
- Prepare adequate knowledge on the products and align with customer’s expectation
- Support sales team activities
- Initiate and promote the selling of services
- Provide services to meet the Coatings, Engineering and Service activities
- Assist Supervisor at a local country level
- Monitor surface preparation/coating application on site ensuring that they conform to the agreed specifications
- Represent company in technical matters when dealing with customer at site/yard
- Utilize technical knowledge to assess painting application, coating failure analysis, inspection, testing and provide the required reports
