Under general supervision, undertakes pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers.
Assists with the coordination, investigates, and recommends new business tools for users as requested.

- Office handling - Knowledge of the zirconia-ecoat process - Troubleshooting tools - Flexible schedule and willing to work overtime.
- Minimum truncated career.
