Enabling Key Account Manager's and Sales Managers through proactive collection of market intelligence, both opportunities and threats, through knowledge and promotion of cross product / segment Akzo Nobel offer and the quantification of value delivered.
Deliver technical service aligned with business strategy across Metal Coatings product groups.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective technical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
Develop technical expertise to support customers, product transfers, and process improvements.
Conduct customer audits and provide technical training when required.
Build strong customer relationships across different levels and functions.
Support joint projects, strategies, and action plans with customer stakeholders.
Partner with KAMs, Sales Managers, and Account Managers to address questions, complaints, claims, and customer needs.
