Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand plant operations, technical challenges, performance needs, and provide technical solution recommendations.
- Follow up on orders and projects from commercial acquisition through technical execution and final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and technical teams for proposal preparation, technical clarifications, and order acquisition.
- Maintain close coordination with internal and external partners to stay aligned on technical developments, service capabilities, and marketing initiatives.
