- Building rapport; providing technical information and explanations to customers.
- Demonstrates products and services to customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Makes in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Liaises between office of in-house group and customer.
- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items/models; explaining technical features.
