The Job Role:- Act as a subject matter expert for the customer on product requirements, functioning as the point-of-contact for all technical matters for customers and sales
- Identify and establish new business opportunities and customer base in the international markets
- Provide pre-sales support and technical assistance to sales
- Be familiar with current and future technology roadmaps and to work closely with technological partners
- Identify customer’s needs and provide advice on necessary product specifications
- Act as the technical interface between customers, sales and R&D Engineering teams
- Manage regular customer communication, sales and technical promotion
