Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Sales Manager in driving business development through solution selling, expanding existing accounts and generating new business opportunities
- Provide technical consultancy, including product recommendations, application guidance, and machine trial support for both new and existing customers
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify key selling points and strengthen market positioning
- Visit key customers and distributors regularly to understand requirements and deliver timely technical support
- Facilitate product and application training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with Customer Service, Sales, R&D, and QA teams
