Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Benefits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical sales or engineering environment
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Mechanical engineering qualification or technical apprenticeship
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, reliability engineering, or maintenance environments is a benefit but not required
