Customer Engagement & Technical Sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with paper mill customers across Ontario and Eastern Canada. Identify opportunities for paper machine clothing, roll covers, bowed rolls, and related services. Conduct paper machine audits, service calls, and optimization studies. Support customers during shutdown inspections, troubleshooting, and performance improvement initiatives.
