We are an agile, growing engineering firm. We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer with 3+ years of industrial sales experience. This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys building technical relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and driving business growth from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Prospecting (Hunting): Grow existing B2B accounts and identify, qualify, and develop new B2B accounts across the Cali‑Baja region (Mexicali, Tijuana, South California).
- Technical Consultation: Engage directly with Managers, Engineers and Quality Teams to understand their operational challenges and propose custom engineering and build‑to‑print solutions.
