We grow exclusively through a certified partner network of electricians, AV integrators, and smart home specialists. Our entire marketing and sales engine is digital‑first and performance‑driven. In 2026 we are opening our first Norwegian office in Oslo — and we are looking for the people who will build this market from the ground up.
As Partner Coach, you are the heart of our Norwegian partner ecosystem. You identify, recruit, and develop the certified partners — electricians, AV integrators, smart home specialists — who install Loxone systems for homeowners, developers, and commercial projects across Norway. You coach them to succeed with Loxone and grow their business alongside ours.
