Skills Required
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or support within technical roles is required
- Experience with technology recruitment or IT
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, JobAdder, Google Suite is preferred
- Confident conducting candidate screening interviews
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Comfortable working remotely with daily task visibility
