Baja Nearshore is looking for a Recruiter to join our team.We work with US and Canada-based companies hiring remote talent across LATAM.
Our roles can range from technology and technical recruiting positions to sales, back office, operations, customer success, and other business roles depending on client needs.This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys agency-style recruiting, can move quickly between different searches, and is comfortable adapting to new client requirements, industries, and profiles.What you'll do- Own full-cycle recruiting processes across multiple active roles- Work on technical, sales, back office, and operations positions depending on account distribution- Manage approximately 5 to 7 active client accounts or searches at a time- Source, screen, interview, and submit qualified candidates- Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels- Use our ATS to track activity, candidate stages, feedback, and cli...
