Technical Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding presentations to help new hires acclimate to the company culture and their roles.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and reporting systems.
- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles required skills, and industry trends.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with recruiting remotely is a plus.
