Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for IT, non-IT and office support positions.
- Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements and business demands.
- Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology.
- Provides up to date reporting to Recruitment Manager and keep track of processed candidates
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities, conduct interview combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) and provides a brief list of candidates, coordinates interviews.
- Prepares assessment, feedback and recommendation for all shortlisted candidates.
