We’re looking for aseasoned Technical Recruiter to jump into a fast-moving environment and support aengineering and technical hiring .

This is a 3 month contract starting immediately. (hybrid work model downtown Calgary).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range ofengineering and technical roles
- Work throughhigh application volumes(expect 200+ resumes per day)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, set expectations, and keep processes moving
- Atendcareer fairs in Calgary(approximately 4 during the contract)
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates quickly and efficiently
