Technical Recruiter (AI & Builder Strategic Hiring, Contract)

Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in‑house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations
• Proven success recruiting for complex, customer‑facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities
• Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred
