As a Contract Technical Recruiter , you'll play a key role in matching world-class technical talent with meaningful career opportunities. Operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, you'll manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, initially supporting Palantir and Sierra, with additional accounts assigned as business needs evolve.

Your role is split across two key areas. First, you'll own all inbound qualification calls booked through marketing campaigns, assessing each candidate's suitability for live roles and guiding them through the application process. When a candidate isn't the right fit for a current opportunity, you'll encourage them to join the talent network for future roles.
