You’ll shape how we test in the age of AI agents, agentic testing with Playwright MCP, risk‑based testing with our own products and accelerators, and quality engineering embedded in every squad. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a direct CTO mandate.

Responsibilities
- Own test strategy standards by architecture type, automation patterns, quality gates, and the metrics that matter, including escaped defects and change failure rate
- Drive adoption of agentic AI testing using Playwright and MCP for test generation and self‑healing test suites
- Establish real governance for AI‑generated tests, reviewing AI output as code and ensuring humans remain in the loop
