SoftInWay’s Switzerland office is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the development of Turbomachinery applications.

Responsibilities: 30% technical and 70% management

• Own all aspects of engineering project execution, covering managerial, technical, and leadership steps. Take responsibility for manpower, budget, schedule, and technical accuracy.
• Work with the sales team to interface with customers, define and document design requirements, establish the overall project schedule, address technical concerns, and provide project status updates.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and deliverables by collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers in Engineering Services, enabling timely project development and successful deliveries for our customers.
