Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The role involves coordinating the implementation of technical aspects of a ticketing system renewal program. You will be responsible for three major projects: installation of new ticketing equipment, deinstallation and recycling of existing equipment, and establishing a maintenance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the three major technical projects of the ticketing program.
- Installation of Equipment: Oversee all activities related to the installation of new equipment on the network, including defining deployment strategies, validating installation plans, coordinating installations, ensuring quality checks, managing test platforms, organizing pilots, and coordinating with regional operators.
