Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Contractor) to support a critical M&A integration initiative focused on the migration and onboarding of employees from acquired company into our Open HR platform across Mexico and Guatemala. This role will lead project execution, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure the successful transition of employee data and HR processes into Open HR.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with hands‑on experience in payroll/HR systems, M&A integrations, data migration, and Open HR administration.
