R&D Product Technical Leader

We are seeking a leader to manage R&D deliverables, ensuring robust product design under demanding quality standards while meeting economic and technical milestones.

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust design aligned with cost targets and company standardization rules.
• Act as the R&D representative towards the customer.
• Organize and ensure the execution of critical design reviews (including Purchasing and Industrialization).
• Develop detailed schedules, define investment needs, and manage expenditures.
• Coordinate R&D contributors, ensuring alignment between project needs and departmental availability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, or similar).
• Proven track record in the automotive sector.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Project Lead, or a similar role managing technical teams.
