Core Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day activities of a team of development engineers, including resources/manpower allocation, schedules, project budgets, and issue resolution.
• Prepare project plans, including schedules and project development budgets.
• Sustaining activities for small items.
• Maintain effective relationships with the development, system test, manufacturing organizations and overall program/solution management team.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ Experience New Product development as project manager.
