As R&D Project Manager , you will lead innovation‑driven projects focused on performance, reliability, and competitiveness of dry‑type distribution transformers. You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment , partnering with global R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, and testing teams . This is a role for someone who thrives in execution , enjoys working close to the product, and can connect technical development with project delivery excellence . You will continuously develop your skills in project management , stakeholder coordination, and R&D methodologies.
